Meet the team

I have 10 years of industry experience, 9 of these working within the Morecambe area and come from a service background before having started in estate agency. I am very passionate about property and love to meet you all and see your beautiful homes. In my spare time I enjoy all sports especially cricket, football and rugby.

I have worked in the industry for over 30 years within the Lancaster and Morecambe area, during which I have gained experience in all areas of the industry. My current role is sales progressor which I find very rewarding; once sales are agreed they are passed to me to deal with the progression up to completion. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy interior design and DIY. I am also a keen gardener and enjoy a glass of wine or two.

I’ve worked in Estate Agency since 2007 and experienced all the roles within the business in good markets and bad. I love the fast-paced day to day activities of the role and more importantly helping our customers to make their dream move. Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional journey but here at R&B we are here to help you through the whole process from the first day we come to value your home to the day of completion. In my spare time I love travelling and making memories with my husband and two children.

I began my career in estate agency on my return to Lancaster in 2018, having lived in Australia for 3 years. I joined the R&B team in 2020 and am currently a sales negotiator; a role I love, helping sell our clients properties and finding people their new dream home. I enjoy walking in the Lake District, socialising, travelling to different countries and experiencing different cultures!

Having joined R&B in 2017, I have worked in both the sales and lettings departments and enjoy both equally! I currently deal with administration and accounts and love helping our clients and customers and meeting new faces. I enjoy travelling and have ventured across the globe to America, Australia and Indonesia - but there’s no place quite like home!

I'm Amanda the viewer for R&B, I've been doing this job for almost 2 years. I absolutely love my job, I have a passion for getting to show people round potentially their next home or even their first home. Customer service is paramount to me and having a good rapport with the clients is very important. I am very interested in interior design and always enjoy giving customers my input when needed.

I'm Eve, the professional photographer for R&B Estate Agents. Although I only joined the team in 2023, my passion for photography and knowledge for property is ever-growing. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication for capturing and creating the best images of your home, I also love to help out with the social media and marketing.

I have worked in Estate Agency for 17 years and gained experience within many fields of the business from office administration, sales, lettings and property management.

In 2019 I qualified as an ARLA member in Lettings and Property Management.

I thoroughly enjoy my job and strive to provide the best customer service to our clients.

I am a mum of two and my passion is musical theatre!

I have worked in Property Management for 9 years. Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors for all property requirements. I enjoy my job and always aim to provide the best customer service possible. I like to go on walks and visit the Lake District, I also enjoy socialising with family & friends.

I have recently started my career in property management and have won the rising star award within the company. I am very excited to see where my journey takes me. I love speaking to tenants and landlords and always strive to provide the best customer service.
